Dear MicrosStockPhoto Contributor
MicroStockPhoto is approaching its first birthday in a few weeks and we would
like to inform you of some imminent and positive changes that will be taking
place in the near future.
For those of you that contribute to several sites, you may have noticed that
one or two have disappeared recently.
Let me assure you that this is not the case for MicroStockPhoto, in fact just
the opposite. The future looks brighter than it ever has for MicroStockPhoto.
The next 6 months will see an increase in marketing and technical input from a
dedicated and enthusiastic team from Norway headed by Ruben van Tienen who will
be taking over the running of the site.
One of the first improvements was the transfer of the site to a bigger and
faster server (Please let us
know what you think) still under the domain name of www.microstockphoto.com This will help to
accommodate the increased traffic expected as the marketing phase of the site
begins The site will continue to operate as a royalty free photography site.
Some of the updates that are allready planned and will be available within a
few weeks:
- New design (Please Vote
here)
- New approval system for both photographers and photo's.

Increased promotion of Microstockphoto.
- Option for photographers to upload
ZIP files which can contain a set of graphical files + screenshot other than JPG
files)
- Option to sign up for a Microstockphoto Newsletter for new and
existing customers.
And much more.
Not only do Ruben and his team promise input of their expertise but they also
have a love of photography which can only be of benefit to the future of the
site .
I would like to offer my thanks and gratitude for the support and patience
that you as a contributing photographer have given. And I hope you will continue
to support MicroStockPhoto as you see that effort start to bring some
rewards.

site owners for the foreseeable future.
