Photographer Agreement

By continuing and registering as a contributing photographer on microstockphoto.com, you agree that you have read and understood the following requirements:

• NB: You must provide a valid email address on registration. Failure to do so will result in your account being deactivated immediately.
• You grant microstockphoto a non exclusive licence to display and sublicense uploaded images to buyers in accordance with the terms of use and licensing agreements.
• You must have and own the copyright to all images that you upload.
• All images that contain a recognisable person or people must have a signed model release. You do not need to submit the model release with your image but you must make it available to microstockphoto if requested.
• You must make available to microstockphoto on request, a property release for images that require one.
• You agree that by uploading an image to microstockphoto that you give microstockphoto and its users unlimited royalty-free use rights to the photo in accordance with the terms of use and licensing agreement.
• You agree not to upload images that contain trademarks, copyrighted materials or objects and you that your images do not infringe copyright and/or the intellectual property rights of others in any way.
• Uploaded Images must be a minimum of (1600 x 1200) pixels. Approx 2MP.
• Continuing to register as a photographer indicates that you have read and understood and agree to these requirements.
• You will receive 35% of the sale price for each image that is downloaded.

MicroStockPhoto reserves the right to reject files based on the following reasons:

• Snapshots
• Poor lighting and poor contrast
• Harsh light and shadows
• Poor focus
• Digital Noise and Grain
• Poor lackluster color and Color Distortion
• Compression Artifacts
• Poor isolation and cropping
• Uppsampling
• Poor Composition
• Inappropriate Title or Description
• Unacceptable Keywords
• Copyright / Trademark Infringement or Risk
• Adult Content unsuitable for MicroStockPhoto
• Profane or Violent Images
